Embodied Practice

Beginning May 25th, enjoy a course in active relaxation to release stress and cultivate inner balance. On-going sessions meet weekly, outdoors in an intimate and relaxing garden, and combine yoga, tai chi, meditation, stretching, and gentle movement. Space is limited to 6 participants—so be sure to register each week. Additional days/sessions may be added depending on interest.

  • 1pm - 2pm

  • Cost $15 per session

  • Participants should bring their own yoga mat

  • In the event of poor weather, class will be canceled and resume the following week.

Being Mindful

Beginning May 25th, learn to cultivate a sense of spaciousness, calm, and presence in your life through this 8 week course in living mindfully. Each class provides active practice as well as skill building (all in an intimate garden). Learners will leave each session feeling more relaxed and better prepared for the week ahead while also further personal growth over time. Space is limited and sessions are in-person.

  • 2:30pm - 3:30pm

  • Cost is $250

  • Course materials are provided

  • In the event of poor weather, class may be moved online or rescheduled. Information will be provided following registration.
