5 Minute Micro MeditationYou've long ago said farewell to the 1 Minute Meditation (although to be sure its still useful!), and are ready to move onward and upward from the 3 Minute Meditation as well. You are ready to take the next step in your own meditative practice with a 5 minute meditation. This guided meditation offers the same content as the 1 Minute and 3 Minute with a 5 minute long stretch of silent meditative practice time. Working with this meditation is the perfect stepping off point for working with both longer meditative sitting as well as other meditative practices.
